Christine Scannell  - Sales Team Leader

Christine is based in Timaru with her client base spreading throughout Canterbury, Mid and South Canterbury, Mackenzie, as well as inland to Omarama.

As an experienced Architectural Designer and with extensive building knowledge allows her to deliver the best home plan to meet her clients’ expectations.  She is able to modify home plans to suit her clients’ needs, lifestyle and personality.

Since the late 1990s Christine has designed a number of McRaeway Homes models, including ones that have won regional and national Master Builders House of the Year Awards.  She is an intricate part of the McRaeway Homes Design and Sales team, delivering a tailored and unique package to meet her clients’ needs.

David Williams - Sales Principal

David is based in Timaru and looks after the Central South Island area, north of the Waitaki and up to Nelson.  Having been in the Building industry for much of his working life, David has a wealth of experience to offer you as he aids you through your building process.

Jan Keys - Show Homes and Sales Support

Jan is the sales support for McRaeway Homes Sales Principals as well as working closely with prospective clients in the initial stage of enquiry to determining the best home package to meet the clients’ needs.  Additionally, she is responsible for all McRaeway Homes Show Homes and staff, with an eye for detail ensures their pristine presentation.

Maxine Cunningham - Sales Principal

Maxine is based in Mosgiel where she covers the Otago area, south of Dunedin City, Clutha District and Central Otago area.  With an extensive history in the Building, Sales and Management areas Maxine offers excellent customer service with a focus on building strong relationships with her clients.  As a multi award-winning sales person Maxine has a keen interest in industry developments and building trends.  Her main goal is to ensure that her clients' new home experience is enjoyable and stress-free.  She says "I like to exceed customer expectations and I take pride in providing outstanding service - anything else is just not good enough".
