McLaren 4
The MCLAREN 4 home with its modern architectural form creates a sense of style offering luxurious, refined living. A contemporary low-line house design with sections of staggered mono-pitch roof, clad with a combination of plaster, Linea weatherboards, and concrete block verandah columns (or option of Classic Stone schist). Entering the McLaren home is an immediate feeling of being drawn into a welcoming vibrant home filled with light. High raking ceilings through central kitchen, family, formal dining and lounge areas are breath-takingly spacious, each room with stacker sliding doors leading to a verandah spanning the entire frontage. The central kitchen/family module is truly the heart of this home, with an open plan family area, separate lounge and formal dining rooms to each side. The sleek kitchen is an entertainers dream including a free standing sink/breakfast bar almost 4m long.
The McLaren show home - now retired
The McLaren 4 was a show home located in Cromwell. It opened its doors to the public in April 2008. It continues to be a popular model, and we can see why. The McLaren has many special features that make it an attractive home to those considering building their new home. The McLaren is a warm and inviting house with a great design and low maintenance. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a double garage and an overall floor space of 239 square metres. Both elegant and aesthetic, the McLaren also won a silver James Hardie show home award in the 2009 House Of The Year competition. The award was received "in recognition of excellence in workmanship, creativity and innovation for the property at Cromwell".
